About the role
As our EA to VP, People & Leadership Development, you'll provide executive support to the Vice President while helping a global team work more effectively together. You'll coordinate priorities, create structure in a busy environment, and support leadership activities that help build skills, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness across the LEGO® Group.
This is a permanent role that combines trusted executive support with opportunities to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and introduce smarter ways of working.
Required Qualifications

Experience delivering executive support to senior leaders within a complex organisation.

Ability to manage complex diary planning, travel arrangements, inbox priorities, and meeting logistics.

Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships across multiple organisational levels.

Led planning and coordination of competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Applied digital productivity tools to improve efficiency and workflow management.

Handled confidential business and people-related information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications

Supported leadership, learning, talent, or people-focused functions.

Coordinated leadership meetings, offsites, and team operating rhythms.

Worked within a global matrix organisation.

What success looks like
You'll become a trusted partner to the Vice President and a dependable point of connection for stakeholders across the function. As the team continues to strengthen leadership effectiveness and capability development over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help create the focus, coordination, and momentum needed to make those ambitions a reality. Working closely with the VP, leadership team, and partners across the business, you'll help ensure the team can do its best work every day.
