Position: Part Time FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location: Clara’s Corner, West Wycombe, HP14 3AP
£13/hour, 17 hrs per week
Clara’s Corner is the ultimate soft play destination for little crawlers up to 7-year-old adventurers! We pride ourselves on providing a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children and their families. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team for part time work, either during the week or at the weekend.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming families: Greet parents and children with a warm, friendly approach and ensure they have a great experience.
- Using booking software: Manage bookings, check-ins, and customer information using our easy-to-learn system.
- Daily emails & communications: Handle customer inquiries and maintain communication through email.
- Cleaning and sanitising: Keep the play area safe and clean by sanitising equipment between sessions and ensuring all areas meet our hygiene standards.
- General help around the venue: Assist with setting up, tidying, and maintaining the play area throughout the day.
- Building connections: Create a welcoming atmosphere, engaging with parents and children to enhance their visit.
What We’re Looking For:
- DBS Checked: If you have a DBS already this is highly desirable
- First Aid Qualification: Paediatric preferred.
- Friendly and approachable: Confident in interacting with parents and children.
- Organised and tech-savvy: Comfortable using booking systems and managing emails daily.
- Detail-focused: Dedicated to keeping the play environment safe, clean and sanitised.
- Independent: Happy working independently for most of the day.
- Positive attitude: A proactive problem-solver ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
