Vehicle Recovery Driver – No Experience Needed (Full Training Provided)
Location: UK (must have lived in the UK for the past 2 years)
Shifts: 4 days on-call / 4 days off (other shift patterns available)

We’re one of the highest-ranking vehicle recovery operators in the country, and we’re proud of the service we provide. Now, we’re looking to welcome new Vehicle Recovery Drivers to our team—no previous experience required, just the right attitude and a desire to build a professional driving career.
As a Recovery Driver, you’ll be the friendly, reassuring face that helps people during stressful moments, whether they’ve broken down, had an accident, or been involved in an incident.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting customers face-to-face, often in challenging or stressful circumstances
- Recovering broken-down vehicles and transporting them to garages or dealerships
- Recovering vehicles involved in minor or major accidents
- Using your initiative to problem-solve and manage unpredictable situations
- Working closely with vehicles, equipment, and recovery systems
Who We’re Looking For:
All of our recovery drivers share these qualities and experience:
- Some driving experience (professional or personal)
- Calm, collected, and patient—especially in traffic
- No more than one accident in the past two years
- Pride in your appearance and your work
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
- To have cpc card and licence to drive a 7.5 tonner
- A positive attitude and desire for a long-term driving career

Pay: £26,800.00-£42,000.00 per year
