Night Receptionist – Guest Experience @ Broadwick Soho

We are looking for an exceptional Night Receptionist to join our Guest Experience team at Broadwick Soho, one of London’s most exciting and distinctive luxury hotels. While the rest of the city winds down, you will be the calm, confident, and genuinely welcoming presence at the heart of the hotel – the person our guests rely on, whatever the hour. On Target Earnings
The on target earning potential for this role is £39,200 per annum – comprising a base salary of £29,705 per annum plus a qualified estimate of £9,495 in gratuities and service charge. Shift pattern: 4 days on, 3 days off | Shift length: 10.5 hours. Please note this is a projected tronc and OTE.

What do we need from you?
- Experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* luxury hotel environment.
- Availability to work a shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, with shift lengths of 10.5 hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- A good working knowledge of Opera PMS.
- A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A deep passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality, at every hour of the day.
