Manage a caseload of pupils undergoing statutory assessment and review processes.

Ensure compliance with the Children and Families Act 2014, SEND Code of Practice (2015), and SEND Regulations (2014).

Coordinate and oversee the preparation, review, and amendment of EHCPs within statutory timelines.

Produce high-quality, detailed, and legally compliant EHCPs.

Ensure plans clearly reflect pupils’ needs, outcomes, and specified provision.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Requirements:
Essential Experience Required
-
Recent (within the last 2 years) experience working in a Local Authority SEN role.

Experience managing statutory assessment processes and EHCP workflows.

Experience working with schools, families, and multi-agency professionals.
Essential Qualifications Required

Relevant qualification in education, social care, or related field (or equivalent experience in SEN services).
