About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with clients, stakeholders, product teams, and developers to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. You will play an important role throughout the project lifecycle, helping teams move from an initial business problem to a well defined and deliverable solution.
You will be comfortable asking the right questions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and bringing structure to complex requirements. This is a hands on mid level role for someone who enjoys working across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements:
Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear functional and non functional requirements.
Process Analysis:
Review existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements that support better customer and operational outcomes.
Documentation:
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, business requirements documents, and other analysis materials required throughout delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with clients, product teams, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and accurately delivered.
Solution Analysis:
Evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements and help identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Testing Support:
Support user acceptance testing by helping define test scenarios, reviewing results, and working with delivery teams to resolve requirements related issues.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, or a related role.
Business Analysis Skills:
You can confidently gather requirements, analyse business processes, document findings, and translate complex information into practical recommendations.
Communication:
You are comfortable working with both technical and non technical stakeholders and can explain complex requirements in a clear and straightforward way.
Tools:
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Miro, or similar business analysis and collaboration platforms.
Delivery Experience:
Experience working within Agile or hybrid project environments and an understanding of software development and digital delivery processes.
Mindset:
You are analytical, organised, commercially aware, and pragmatic. You know how to challenge assumptions constructively while keeping projects focused on delivering measurable business value.
Pay: £43,915.00-£61,600.00 per year
