We are seeking a productive Fleet and Equipment Assistant Valeter to work out of our Head Office in East Sussex.
You'll be responsible for maintaining our fleet of over 150 vehicles, have a clean full manual drivers license and must have the ability to travel across the UK when needed.
Duties
- Preparing vehicles for the road including cleaning and installing signage and roof racks
- Tracking vehicle maintenance schedules and arranging repairs
- Collecting vehicles from various sites across the UK
- Vehicle & Equipment Inventory
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving various types of vehicles is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail for record keeping and scheduling tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support fleet operations.

This is a hands-on role working with a variety of vehicles including vans and cherry-pickers.
Occasional Saturdays will be required (notice given in advance).
Salary starting from £13/hour, based on prior experience and qualifications.
