We are recruiting an Associate People and Culture Partner – Inclusion, Engagement & Culture to play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive, engaged and psychologically safe workplace across the North Middlesex Hospital linking across the wider Royal Free London Group.
This is a specialist Band 7 role within the People Directorate, dedicated to strengthening staff experience, belonging, and inclusive culture. This post focuses on preventative culture work, staff engagement, and embedding inclusive practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
1. Lead Inclusion, Engagement & Culture Initiatives

3. Support Divisions with Engagement Improvement
4. Facilitate Staff Voice & Culture Interventions
5. Build Leadership Capability in Inclusive Practice

9. Act as a Trusted Advisor
