Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed to uphold hygiene and quality
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and maintain excellent service standards
- Support stock replenishment by monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies regularly

Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure hygienic handling and preparation of food and beverages
- Previous barista experience is highly desirable for crafting quality drinks with confidence but not compulsory
- Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments to deliver friendly, efficient service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing orders efficiently
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail during busy shifts
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth café operations
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
