The Role
As a Sales Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey, helping clients find and book their perfect tour. You'll manage inbound enquiries, proactively follow up on leads, and build strong relationships with customers and travel agent partners to maximise sales opportunities.
Success in this role comes from combining a genuine passion for travel with natural sales skills, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring every customer receives expert advice and a seamless booking experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings through personalised, consultative sales conversations.
- Following up on leads, quotes and options to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Proactively conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell flights, upgrades and additional travel services.
- Delivering exceptional service that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Supporting and building relationships with travel agent partners.
- Managing customer communications promptly and professionally.
- Handling tour changes and cancellations, finding suitable alternatives and solutions.
- Maintaining accuracy across all booking details and customer information.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
What We're Looking For

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Previous sales experience, either within or outside the travel industry.
- Knowledge of long-haul and short-haul destinations.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Amadeus or other travel reservation systems.
