Nisai Group is the leading provider of online education to students across the UK and internationally. We deliver our provision via our online portal, Nisai Virtual Academy, which provides an inclusive, social and student-focused community for every student.
We are looking to recruit a new member of our Customer and Student Support Team (CaSST), based in our office in Stockton on Tees.
CaSST are an integral part of the organisation and provide centralised support both internally to all departments and externally to customers, students and parents/carers.
In addition to the general student support, each member of CaSST has their own specialism in the department which replicates a mainstream school office. These include student welfare and guidance, an exam office function, and progression.
This role will be involved in the essential process relating to Education, Health and Care plans (EHCPs) for SEN students, along with customer communications, reporting, and general administrative tasks. This could include initial EHCP consultations to check whether needs can be met, attending virtual review meetings, collating information, note taking and scheduling any required reviews.
We are looking for someone with proven Customer Service experience along with excellent administration skills. You will need to be confident, logical, motivated and be willing to go that extra mile to ensure that the needs of our Customers and Students are met. Previous experience of Microsoft packages, such as Outlook, Word and Excel are required. Attention to detail is a must as this role involves creating reports and working with student data and the use of our bespoke in-house SIMS system.
This is a full-time position and the hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.
