A private individual wishes to contract with an experienced self employed Personal Assistant to provide support services in the Sheffield area, through Direct Payment arrangements. The successful contractor will support an adult with complex needs, particularly a significant communication difference.
Experience of supporting people with complex communication is desirable.
For the provision of specialist support services, which may include
- meal preparation
- health appointments
- medication support
- overnight support
- personal care and daily living support
as detailed within a Service Agreement.
