Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, including taking X-rays and applying dental materials
- Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring patient comfort throughout visits
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, including scheduling appointments and updating treatment notes
- Maintain organized clinical supplies and inventory to support seamless daily operations
- Support administrative tasks such as greeting patients, verifying insurance information, and handling appointment reminders
- Uphold strict infection control protocols and adhere to health and safety standards at all times
