Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure, automation pipelines, and containerized platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP, alongside strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift), and CI/CD automation. You will collaborate closely with development, security, and operational teams to drive high availability, scalability, and automated remediation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture: Design, deploy, configure, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Manage, upgrade, and troubleshoot container environments using Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, AKS), OpenShift, Docker, and VMware Tanzu. Deploy applications using Helm charts
- CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Build, enhance, and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket, and Spinnaker.
- Configuration & Automation Management: Develop Ansible Playbooks, Shell, and Python scripts to automate routine tasks, system updates, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Reliability & Incident Management: Implement disaster recovery plans, automated remediation systems, and monitor environment health to achieve high availability and reduced response times.
- Monitoring & Security: Set up robust logging, alerting, and monitoring solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, Datadog, or GCP Stackdriver. Enforce security practices, including Active Directory, VNet integrations, SSL, and data encryption.
- Linux Administration: Install, configure, tune, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux and other Unix/Linux operating systems.
Technical Skills
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on expertise in AWS (EC2, VPC, EBS, IAM, Auto Scaling), Google Cloud Platform (GCP/GKE), and Microsoft Azure.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Advanced proficiency in Terraform and Ansible.
