Preferential Properties is an established independent Sales and Lettings agency looking for an experienced Property & Lettings Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a busy and varied role that would suit a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and work accurately under pressure.
You will play a key role in supporting the administration of our residential lettings and property management portfolio, preparing tenancy documentation, handling enquiries and assisting with compliance requirements across the business.
Unlike larger corporate agencies, you will be involved in a broad range of activities and have the opportunity to develop a wider understanding of residential sales, lettings and property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to sales and lettings enquiries by telephone and email
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated tenancy documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting with residential lettings compliance and legislative requirements
- Supporting the administration of our property management portfolio
- Managing workloads and prioritising tasks effectively
- Supporting the team with a range of administrative duties
- Providing a high level of service to landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers
About You
- Significant administration experience within a busy office environment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Experience within residential lettings, property management or the wider property industry would be advantageous
