We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our team as HR Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across the employee lifecycle within a respected healthcare charity, supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, compliance tracking and day-to-day HR administration. Working closely with managers and employees, you will help deliver an efficient, accurate and people-focused HR service, while developing your HR knowledge in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:· Coordinate recruitment administration, including arranging interviews, liaising with candidates, supporting screening activity and preparing recruitment documentation.· Prepare and issue HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts and standard HR correspondence, using agreed templates and processes.· Maintain accurate HR records and trackers, including onboarding, training and compliance information· Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, escalating sensitive, complex or unclear matters, where appropriate.
