Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, encouraging student engagement, and promoting both team work and individual confidence building. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning and singing.
- Be confident teaching, harmonies, rhythm and vocal techniques.
- Comfortable preparing arrangements for classes and performances.
Experience
- Prior experience in a teaching role is highly desirable but not mandatory for candidates with the desired skills and training.
- A teaching or vocal technique qualification is a plus.
- A degree in music, vocal technique, or musical theatre is also desirable.
- Strong communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence in lesson planning and execution.
