You’ll be producing quality joinery in the workshop, while also being flexible to help out on site and jump on the driving/delivery side from time to time.

The Role
This is a hands-on position for a capable bench joiner who wants to be part of a thriving team of craftspeople. You’ll work across a range of bespoke projects, contributing to the smooth running of the workshop and pitching in wherever needed.

- Work from drawings/specs and maintain consistent quality and accuracy
- Use workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Support general workshop duties and help keep standards high across the team
- Be flexible when needed: assist on site occasionally, help with installations, and drive/deliver materials or components from time to time
- Maintain a tidy, safe work area and look after tools and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the joinery industry (bench joinery essential; bespoke joinery/furniture ideal)
- A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible approach—happy to support the team beyond your bench when required
- Reliable, punctual and proud of producing consistently great work
- Good communication and the confidence to use your initiative
Why Join Us
- A growing workshop with a strong pipeline of varied, interesting projects
- A supportive, skilled team environment where quality and attitude matter
- The chance to build a long-term role in a business that values craftsmanship and pride in the work
If you’ve got solid bench experience, bring great energy, and like being part of a team that gets stuck in and delivers quality—we’d love to hear from you.
