Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while balancing registers at shift end.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and handle any issues discreetly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, supporting a lively yet safe environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Strong serving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
