Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Factory Operative to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Operate and monitor machinery during production runs, adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Support warehouse activities including stock organisation, loading, and unloading materials.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to comply with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience or manufacturing background is desirable but not essential.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
