Summary
We are seeking a Contact Centre Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients through effective communication and problem-solving. Based at our location in Peterborough, you will contribute to our mission of simplifying lettings for thousands of customers. Hybrid working policy that can be utilised once successfully through probationary period (6 months).
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information about our services, including referencing, insurance and pre-tenancy management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate data entry records.
- Support upselling of additional services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of the property rental industry is advantageous.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a problem-solving attitude.
