JOB OVERVIEW
As a Concrete Labourer, you will join our Agricultural division and will work as part of a concrete squad. You will be responsible for assisting with general labouring duties for various agricultural contracts, throughout our UK based sites.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with pouring and finishing concrete floors and concrete construction including shuttering walls and tanks.
- Undertake general site tasks such as drainage and groundworks.
- Accept and check deliveries from internal and external parties.
- Load and unload deliveries received.
- Execute daily work instructions received from the Site Supervisor to a high standard in a timely manner.
- Lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Ensure site areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Comply with the company’s policies & procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
- Undertake additional duties as and when required.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will hold a valid CSCS card and live in the vicinity of the Newton Stewart - Castle Douglas area, this is due to operational and squad requirements. Previous experience of working as a Labourer and knowledge of concrete/groundworks would be extremely advantageous. Immediate start available.
