About the Job
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the importance of providing a consistently high-quality cleaning service to our clients.
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential and/or commercial properties according to our company's standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned homes, offices, and/or other properties
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Clean and sanitize high-touch areas
- Empty garbage and replace liners as needed
- Clean mirrors, glass, fixtures, appliances, and other surfaces
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Pay close attention to details and ensure areas are left clean, organized, and presentable
- Respect clients' homes, belongings, privacy, and property
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or issues noticed while working
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining our quality standards

- Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but training may be provided
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Hardworking and physically able to perform cleaning duties
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Able to follow instructions and company cleaning standards
- Comfortable working in different environments and around clients
- Must have reliable transportation if required for the position
