We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in welcoming customers to A2 Service Station and on occasion taking on the role as a Fuel Attendant. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The position offers an engaging environment where your interpersonal skills will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Customer Assistant Responsibilities 6-12 Hours
- Till operation
- Cash Handling
- Stock Handling
- Maintaining Cleanliness of the shop front
- Learn how to operate the Fuel Pumps, record fuel levels
Fuel Attendant Responsibilities
- Required to pump fuel for our customers during our Attended Service Hours Monday to Saturday.
- Monitor and record fuel dips.
- Maintain Cleanliness of fuel pumps and outside area.
- Support Manager and Shop attendants to maintain shop cleanliness and restocking duties.
Experience
- Experience in retail preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
Uniform
Minimum Wage pay scale:
- Age 21 and over: £12.71
- Age 18 to 20: £10.85
- Age 16 to 17: £8.00
- Apprentice Rate: £8.00
