An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at First Choice Move as a Property Negotiator based at our Lillyhall, Workington office.
As an established, award-winning estate agent, we pride ourselves on placing customer service at the very heart of everything we do.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated selection of clients, overseeing the sale of their properties from the initial instruction through to completion. Your daily responsibilities will include handling telephone and email inquiries, coordinating between buyers and sellers, and conducting property viewings. Please note that a personal vehicle is required for viewings, for which mileage will be reimbursed.
To support our commitment to client accessibility, we operate with extended opening hours. The schedule consists of a five-day working week with a mix of shifts (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and includes working alternate Saturdays.
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in sales or customer service who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The starting salary for this position is £25,350 however with an earning potential in the region of £30,000 or more thanks to our uncapped commission structure.
