Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Client Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a positive experience throughout the rates appeal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email.
- Provide clear explanations of the Check, Challenge, Appeal process.
- Proactively update clients on case progress and resolve queries promptly.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Resilience under pressure and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service (B2B preferred).
