Join Waterside Holiday Group's Ownership Experience Team as a Seasonal Sales Handover Housekeeper, where you'll play an important role in preparing holiday homes for new owners and helping to deliver a memorable ownership experience from day one.
What You'll Do: As a Seasonal Sales Handover Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for:

Thoroughly cleaning and preparing holiday homes ahead of ownership handovers.
- Ensuring each holiday home meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting any maintenance issues or snags identified.
- Maintaining appropriate stock levels of cleaning products and equipment.
- Completing records and documentation relating to cleaning activities and property readiness.
- Working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure handovers run smoothly.
- Following company policies and procedures relating to cleanliness, health and safety, and security.
You'll play a key part in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our new holiday home owners.
What We're Looking For: We are looking for reliable and detail-focused individuals who:

Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards.
- Are organised and able to work independently.
- Have a positive and proactive approach to their work.
- Enjoy being part of a team and supporting colleagues.
- Have good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence and are confident driving, as travel across the park and between locations may be required.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
