Role Summary
The site supervisor is responsible for the day to day running of the Huddersfield site (including all of its tenants). This includes general everyday maintenance, compliance with H&S regulations and project work as and when required.
Key duties:

Responsibility for ensuring the Huddersfield site is maintained to a high standard
- To follow all H&S guidelines to ensure that the site is operating at a safe and compliant level
- To support the Organisation Support Manager and Finance Manager with all site related projects.
- Provide support to the Organisation Support and Site Facilities team
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure the site is operating safely
- To ensure that all site risk assessments are kept up to date and reviewed regularly.
- To ensure that all monthly, quarterly and yearly checks are done on time and any issues which arise are rectified quickly.
- The jobholder has a responsibility to coach, manage and motivate their team in order to reach their full potential.
Requirements

Experience of working on a site with a variety of businesses
- Experience of maintaining site facilities and units
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships both with internal teams and external customers
- Ability to work as part of team and on own initiative.
