Set in beautiful private grounds, our busy 72-bedroom hotel features a gorgeous Laura Ashley designed restaurant and conservatory bar, a busy events space for up to 150 guests, and our famous, bustling Laura Ashley Tearoom. We also boast an Elemis Salon alongside a well-equipped gym, relaxing saunas, and a luxury outdoor hot tub. The Essentials
- Role: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
- Reporting to: Front of House Manager
- Salary: £28,000 per year
- Hours: Shift-based, including early mornings and late nights
What You'll Be Doing
This is a predominantly operations-based role where you will work closely alongside our Front of House Manager and Team to keep standards high and the good vibes flowing:
- Run the Floor: Manage daily operations across our restaurant, bar, events, and the busy Laura Ashley Tearoom.
- Lead the Team: Bring a hands-on approach to daily shifts, keeping staff motivated, well-trained, and focused on service excellence.
- Master the Details: Support with team rotas, help implement smooth operational procedures, and step up to cover Duty Manager shifts.
- Host with Style: Get actively involved in planning and running all types of events, from intimate gatherings to large functions.
- Drive Success: Keep an eye on stock, help with monthly liquor stocktakes, and lead the way in showcasing our amazing hotel facilities.
