George Bateman & Son Ltd is a proudly independent, fifth-generation family brewery based in Wainfleet, Lincolnshire, delivering both locally and further afield.
We are currently recruiting for an HGV Driver / Dray Person with experience in HGV (minimum class 2) driving and a current CPC qualification. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
This role involves multiple drops, stock handling, stock control, cash handling and delivering into various pubs, wholesalers, brewers and other outlets.
The work entails a considerable amount of manual handling, requires good administration skills, and an ability to deal with customers on a face-to-face basis.
Training will be given.
FLT certification advantageous.
The position is full-time (39 hours) and permanent. Core hours are 7.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 7.00 am to 3.00 pm on Friday.
Salary: £32,250
