Responsibilities
- Washing and sanitising dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to maintain hygiene standards
- Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with organisational duties such as restocking supplies
- Ensuring the cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and equipment throughout the shift
- Collecting and disposing of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work area at all times
- Adhering to all health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
