The Opportunity
The Adviser Support Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will work closely with Advisers and Paraplanners, helping to deliver outstanding client outcomes through high-quality administration and client service.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and growing financial planning business. We are keen to find someone who will become an integral part of the team, and there may be the opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate, subject to business needs.
Working closely with Advisers and Paraplanners, you will gain exposure to a wide range of financial planning activities, including client servicing, review preparation, new business processing, and regulatory administration. We are committed to supporting your professional development and will provide training to help you build your knowledge of financial planning products, services, and industry regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles within a professional environment
- Knowledge of financial services or financial planning is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise workload
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
- Customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions
- IT literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems or software updates
