Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or events.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
