Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking an experienced Insurance Software Support Specialist, ideally with a background as an ex-underwriter or insurance broker, to provide technical assistance and support for our insurance software team based in Bingley, West Yorkshire.

At NBS, technology is at the heart of everything we do. Our in-house Schemes Team is responsible for building, developing and supporting the products that enable over 1,200 broker partners to trade with us quickly and efficiently.
As a member of the Schemes Team, you'll play a key role in the development and ongoing management of our award-winning quote and buy platform, SchemeServe. Working alongside underwriters, developers and business teams, you'll help deliver new insurance products, improve existing schemes and provide exceptional support to colleagues and broker partners - All backed up by the management of a huge amount of data to support various areas of the bsuiness.
Our team operates across three specialist areas:
Scheme Build
Designing and building new insurance products and schemes, bringing new opportunities to market and ensuring they are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Scheme Development
Managing enhancements, product changes and ongoing improvements to live schemes, helping us continually evolve our proposition and respond to market demands.
Scheme Support
Providing day-to-day support for our brokers and internal teams, from user administration and document updates through to resolving technical queries quickly and professionally.

Know your way around Word and Excel – no need to be a tech expert, but you’re comfortable with everyday tasks.
Have a solid foundation in insurance – you possess experience in the insurance industry, understand its nuances, and talk the same language as our customers.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
