Production Operatives – Airdrie
Exciting opportunities to join our team in Airdrie on a full-time basis.
We are recruiting Production Operatives for Dayshift, Backshift and Nightshift positions. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Shift Patterns & Pay
Dayshift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Basic Rate: £12.71 per hour
Overtime Rate: £15.89 per hour
Backshift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Basic Rate: £13.21 per hour
Overtime Rate: £16.51 per hour
Nightshift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Basic : £13.71 per hour
Overtime Rate: £17.14 per hour
Overtime is paid after 77.5 hours over a 2-week period. All overtime is voluntary.
The Role
Working for an innovative food manufacturing company that invests in its people, your duties will include:
- Sorting and packing vegetables
- Preparing customer orders
- Carrying out quality and process control checks
- Following production and food safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet production requirements
About You
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Due to the location and working hours, own transport would be beneficial.
