We are seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Working closely with Production, Engineering and Planning teams, you will be responsible for motivating a shop floor team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support daily production activities.

Lead, motivate and develop a team of production operatives.

Ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are achieved.

Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping.

Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.

Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to resolve production issues.
Experience Required

Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar manufacturing leadership role.

Strong people management and communication skills.

Familiarity with Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, 5S, Lean manufacturing and waste reduction.

Ability to monitor KPIs and improve production performance.

A hands-on approach with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
