Key Responsibilities
Analyse business operations and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare reports on company performance and operational efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and security service delivery.
Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Work closely with operations, finance, and control room teams.
Develop strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Prepare presentations and business proposals for management.
Analyse market trends and competitors within the security industry.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Experience in the security industry is an advantage.
