About the Role
A growing national compliance and renewables business is seeking an experienced Electrician to carry out EICRs and associated remedial works across domestic and commercial properties. You’ll be joining a team that delivers high-quality electrical, heating, and renewable services to thousands of properties every month.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete EICRs in line with the latest BS7671 regulations.
- Identify and report electrical defects, non-compliances, and safety concerns.
- Submit accurate certification via paper or digital software.
- Carry out remedial works following unsatisfactory reports, ensuring full compliance.
- Replace consumer units, install main bonding, correct circuit faults, and undertake wiring upgrades.
- Communicate clearly with tenants, landlords, and property managers.
- Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship, and time efficiency.
- Use tools, materials, and PPE correctly and responsibly.
- Work independently or within a wider team to meet daily and weekly targets.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition (BS7671).
- City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 / 2395 (Inspection & Testing).
- Strong experience completing EICRs and remedial works.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management abilities.
Desirable Experience
- Commercial EICR/testing background.
- Heating wiring (e.g., S-plans, Y-plans).
- Renewable wiring (Solar PV, ASHP, EV chargers).
