Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance/painting and room repairs throughout the hotel and residence.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, residents, and staff.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general handyman duties.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Good painting/general repair skills.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or emergency call-outs if required.
