Valcor Group is seeking an experienced operational leader to join an established commercial painting and decorating contractor during an exciting period of growth and planned leadership transition.
This is a genuine opportunity to join a growing group, work directly with the Group CEO and develop into the long-term Managing Director of the business.

The Person
- Experienced within commercial construction, planned maintenance, decorating or property services.
- Proven record of leading teams and delivering projects.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Confident dealing with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Able to protect an established culture while introducing sensible improvements.
- Ambitious and capable of progressing into a Managing Director position.
Package
- £65,000-£75000 salary depending on experience.
