Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service to enhance their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, seating area, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
- Manage POS operations accurately, including handling transactions.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards and ensure customer safety
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently and practicing effective time management
Experience
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is preferred ; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality
- Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments helps deliver exceptional service under pressure
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are key to success in this role
