- Back of House / Kitchen Team Members
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in a kitchen, bakery, or fast-paced food preparation environment.
- Available to work at least 4 shifts per week.
- Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to work until closing time (including post-close cleaning).
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of personal hygiene and a strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
About the Role
As a Back of House Team Member, you will:
- Prepare and present our dessert menu to the highest standards, ensuring every plate looks like a masterpiece.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO), monitor expiry dates, and minimize food waste.
- Work efficiently and at pace to ensure quick ticket times without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with deep cleaning duties, dishwashing, and closing down the kitchen safely.
- Contribute ideas to improve kitchen efficiency and menu consistency.
