As a skilled worker in our beef processing facility, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety and accurate inventory management in a chill and dynamic environment.We are looking for individuals who are ready for permanent employment and willing to work full-time
Positions Overview
- Machine Minder:
As a machine minder in a beef factory, you will be responsible for setting up and operating production machinery like mincers, portioners, and packaging units. Your main job is to keep the production line running smoothly by monitoring the equipment, checking product quality, and quickly fixing minor technical issues to prevent downtime. You will also need to strictly follow high food hygiene and health and safety standards, which includes carrying out pre-start safety checks and cleaning your work area. Finally, you will work closely with line leaders and report any major mechanical breakdowns directly to the maintenance engineers to make sure daily targets are met
- Vemag Operator:
As a Vemag Operator, you'll be at the forefront of our production line, operating specialized Vemag machines critical to the meat processing process. Your role will include setting up and adjusting machinery, monitoring production efficiency, and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise. Your expertise in Vemag operations will contribute to the precision and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes.
Qualifications and Skills:Please note that fully paid training will be provided. However, we are seeking a candidate with previous experience in any of the roles mentioned above within a meat processing or food production environment.
