We specialize in cross-border e-commerce, brand development, and global supply chain management, operating multiple product categories including furniture & home, outdoor, automotive, tools & MRO, baby products, and toys through leading platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.
As our European business continues to grow, Starmerx is expanding its local warehouse and fulfillment network in the UK and Poland. We are seeking talented warehouse professionals to join our team and help build and scale our European operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns;
- Lead and manage warehouse employees, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management;
- Ensure inventory accuracy, order fulfillment efficiency, and operational quality;
- Optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs;
- Manage warehouse systems (WMS) and track operational KPIs;
- Implement warehouse safety, quality, and operational standards;
- Work closely with teams in the UK, China, and other global locations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics operations, or fulfillment center management;
- Experience in e-commerce warehouse, Amazon fulfillment, or 3PL operations is preferred;
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management;
- Proven experience managing warehouse teams;
- Familiar with WMS or warehouse management systems;
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English is required for daily communication with global teams;
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
