WHAT WE NEED:
.You to handle a section alone
.Preparing and presenting high quality brunch dishes
.Support the head chef and your team in day to day operations
.Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety standards
.Stock control / ordering / reducing wastage
.Bringing ideas to the table for seasonal menu changes and specials
.Previous experience in a similar role
.A genuine passion for food
.Calm under pressure / excellent organisational skills
.Strong knowledge of kitchen practices
.Reliability / positive attitude
