Aromi is a much-loved independent café serving up authentic Italian food with a Sicilian twist. We are very popular among Cambridge crowds and well known for our rustic sourdough pizza, focaccia, arancini and artisan gelato.
We are opening in Oxford in June/July 2026 and are seeking experienced Baristas for our team..

Your day-to-day:
- Welcome customers, guide them through their orders and take payments
- Make and serve top quality coffee and other drinks
- Keeping a clean coffee shop, equipment, and utensils
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
- Work independently and as part of a team and be willing to learn
You’ll have the following:
- Understand and be passionate about the coffee and food we make
- Polite and hard-working with an ability to cope under pressure
- Organised and tidy
- Great customer service skills
**Hourly Rate will be determined by relevant NMW thresholds**
