We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work alongside our teachers, subject leaders and SEND team. This is a key role in our school, delivering high-quality support, leading learning, and helping to ensure that all children - including those who face additional barriers - make strong progress.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about inclusion, wellbeing and making a genuine difference to children’s lives.
We are looking for an HLTA who:-
Can confidently cover PPA across the school (working alongside our sports leader) and provide additional cover for leadership release time where needed.

Has experience delivering targeted intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.

Is committed to inclusive practice, supporting all children, including those with SEND, additional needs and learning gaps.

Is confident leading learning, maintaining high expectations and supporting strong classroom practice.

Builds warm, positive and trusting relationships that help children grow in confidence, independence and resilience.

Demonstrates calmness, patience and professionalism, with a strong understanding of positive behaviour for learning.

Works collaboratively and reflectively with teachers and the SEND Leader to secure the best outcomes for pupils.

Is passionate about helping every child succeed - academically, socially and emotionally.
