Our new, clean, bright 63,000 sq. Ft site in Heywood, Lancashire is the largest containment factory in the northwest, just minutes from the M66 and M62.
Envair Technology have been manufacturing world class clean air and containment equipment for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries since 1972. Our mission is to engineer controlled environments that keep people and products safe from airborne hazards.
Our products, including isolators, laminar airflow cabinets and microbiological safety cabinets, are used to prepare chemotherapy treatments for cancer patients, discover new therapies for Alzheimer’s or test samples in hospitals. We are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join us in Heywood working within a growing team.

. Salary up to £30,000 FTE. Hours to be discussed and agreed at interview. This role could either be 4 or 5 days per week.

Your role includes:
· Processing of all supplier invoices for stock and overhead suppliers
· Management of purchase ledger including resolution of queries, completion of statement reconciliations and monitoring of due dates
· Planning and processing of payment runs and communication with suppliers on payment dates
· Day to day management of financing facilities
· Posting of bank transactions to correct nominal codes
· Processing of all credit card receipts to support HMRC VAT compliance
· Processing of employee expenses
· Other ad hoc tasks as required to support the team
What we are looking for:
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Sage 50 experience
· Good Excel skills
· Experience of working in a manufacturing business or dealing with stock suppliers

Pay: £14.00-£15.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
