We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in our paint finishing plant, workshop based, to join our existing team at our Great Washbourne site, near Tewkesbury.
Albutt is a wholly owned family business, manufacturing equipment for the Agricultural, Construction, Forestry and Waste handling industries throughout Europe and the World. We specialise in the design, development and manufacture of attachments for materials handling.
The enthusiastic person we are looking for will eventually be capable of loading and unloading the paint track using a gantry crane and cleaning the products prior to painting. Other work around the factory will be necessary at times including profile cleaning.
Previous experience working as a spray painter is not essential but would be an advantage. Pay will depend on experience. We’re looking for a candidate who has the following qualities:
- Good Team Player
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills, be able to work in a busy environment
- Used to working to and maintaining high quality standards in a timely manner.
- Be punctual and reliable
- Some experience in preparation/spray paint finishing would be an advantage
- A drivers licence is a must due to rural location
- Full training will be given
Hours will be 40 hrs a week from 8.00 am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday with overtime at time and a half available.
