Job Overview
AZA CAR is recruiting caring, reliable and professional Passenger Assistants (School Escorts) to support children and young people travelling safely to and from school across West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for regular Monday to Friday school contracts, term-time work and the opportunity to join a professional and growing private hire operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist children and young people during their journey to and from school.
- Ensure passengers board and leave the vehicle safely.
- Provide reassurance, supervision and support throughout each journey.
- Help maintain a safe, calm and comfortable environment.
- Communicate professionally with parents, schools, drivers and the Operations Team.
- Follow company policies, safeguarding procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Report any incidents, concerns or changes promptly.
- Represent AZA CAR professionally at all times.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

- Previous School Transport or SEND experience.
- Experience working with children or vulnerable passengers.
- Safeguarding Children Training.
- PATS (Passenger Assistant Training).
- Enhanced DBS Certificate.
